The location was fantastic, very close to the sea front and shops. The rooms were cozy, especially room 4, where the bed was comfy. The owner quickly resolved an issue we had with a noisy guest, which we appreciated.
Some small shower issues.

Owner was welcoming when first arrived. Had easy access to hotel via key lock. Had carparking. Good location
Room was small and cramped, decor dated but fairly clean, bed was very uncomfortable, so dated it left rib marks on your body. Shower was a trickle and luke warm at best, anytime of the day. No hot water Window in bathroom stuck open so cold and windy, had to force it shut. Breakfast was fair, plenty of it but thrown in a help-yourself way, no other option ie vegatarian, or how you liked your food cooked. No personal touches what-so-ever, very dissappoing

great stay but no breakfast option
The location near central amenities was ideal, nice for easy access to attractions. The room was cozy, with high-quality, clean linen, made for a comfortable night's sleep. I was really surprised by the cleanliness of the bathroom, which exceeded my expectations for the price. I enjoyed the lovely city view from my room.
The only downside was the absence of breakfast, which would have been a nice touch.

Couldn't recommend more this comfy hotel, and will be back. Fairly clean, reasonable value property, its location was marvellous and fantastic and near Tower, Winter Gardens and Houndshill shopping centre, and Blackpool and other towns. Plentiful breakfast that includes coffee, tea, fruit juice, toast and cereals.
